Yamaha MS101III Powered Monitor Speaker The "standard" desktop monitor.
The MS101III from Yamaha is a compact powered monitor speaker perfect for use with a computer for viewing movies, playing video games, or for basic audio editing and mixing applications. The 4-inch driver is housed in a bass-reflex enclosure and offers a smooth frequency response of 75Hz to 18kHz. A special internal equalizer boosts bass response while maintaining clarity.
Independent high and low EQ controls on the front panel allow you to adjust the monitor to your listening space. Two line inputs are provided, one RCA connector and one 1/4" mono phone jack for compatibility with virtually any audio device. The MS101III is magnetically shielded so it may be used in close proximity with video monitors without worry.
