The Horizon FB5 recessed floor box stage pocket is designed for permanent installations (houses of worship, boardrooms, court rooms, performance halls, etc.) where multiple microphone, speaker, instrument, video and most any other connectors need to be easily available yet recessed and protected when not in use. These boxes are very rugged and durable due to the 3/16" thick steel frame and lids which are standard. The lids are slotted for easy opening as well as allowing the lid to shut with cables plugged into the recessed connectors.

If you have from 5 to 8 connectors and most are 1/4", RCA or CAT5E, this is a good choice. For applications with less than 5 connectors, we recommend the FBM Stage Pocket. For applications with more that 6 connectors, we recommend the FB8 Stage Pocket.
