| The Horizon FB5 recessed floor box stage pocket is designed for permanent installations (houses of worship, boardrooms, court rooms, performance halls, etc.) where multiple microphone, speaker, instrument, video and most any other connectors need to be easily available yet recessed and protected when not in use. These boxes are very rugged and durable due to the 3/16" thick steel frame and lids which are standard. The lids are slotted for easy opening as well as allowing the lid to shut with cables plugged into the recessed connectors.
The FB5 stage pocket floor box has a limited application where recessed depth is a concern. The FB5 stage pocket floor box is identical to the FB8, except for POCKET DEPTH, which is 5 inches. If you have from 5 to 8 connectors and many are 1/4", RCA or CAT5E, this stage pocket is a good choice. For applications with less than 5 connectors, we recommend the FBM Stage Pocket. For applications with more that 6 connectors, we recommend the FB8 Stage Pocket.

Flap closes for safety. When cables are plugged in, the hinged flap can be folded down and the lid can be closed allowing a one-inch gap opening.

*Feedthru connector - A feedthru connector provides a plug-in connector on the top and bottom of the connector plate.
This allows you to plug a pre-made cable with connector installed into the bottom of the connector plate as well as the top.

Remember to count the AC Duplex as two.

15/20 Amp AC Duplex counts as TWO connectors. You must order an FB5-2 or larger (or FB8-2, FBM-2 or larger). |

Cat5E (RJ45) are an additional $7.00 - Cat5E (RJ45) Feedthrus are an additional $12.00 per connector. |

RJ11 Telephone, RCA, BNC and 3.5MM Feedthru connectors are an additional $4.00 per connector. |

VGA connectors are an additional $10.00 per connector - VGA Feedthrus are an additional $18.00 per connector. |

If you need lettering (or numbers) there is a charge as follows:
1-10 letters/numbers = $5.00; 11-20 letters/numbers = $10.00;
