We offer a 30 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.
Please follow these directions carefully.
You will need a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning any product to us. You must call us to receive your RA#. Call Returns Dept. at: 406-544-6111. Once you have your RA# you may return your product AT YOUR EXPENSE. Requests for returns must be submitted within 30 days of the shipping date.
Returned items must be in new condition, including manufacturer’s packaging. You must pack the item and all the paperwork that came with it back into the box. Make a copy of the invoice for your records and return the original invoice with the product.
You must return all parts of the item, including warranty card, manuals and original packaging. Once returned items are received and inspected by our Returns Department, if the product is in new condition and meets the stipulations above, we will issue you a refund, credit or exchange for the purchase price (excluding shipping charges). Please allow 5-7 business days from our receipt of your product for this process.
Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you may return it for a complete refund of the product purchase price (excluding shipping charges), credit toward the purchase of other equipment or an exchange for the same product. You have 30 days from the ship date to exercise this option. (Please see exceptions below).
Any defective product may be exchanged for the same product.

Earphones and Earplugs
Blank media (CDs, Tapes, cassettes, DVD, DAT, ADAT, MiniDisc, etc.)
Any product that shows significant wear may not be returned or result in a variable restocking fee. |
